I am Dr. Natsumi Sawada, a PhD-level Registered Psychologist providing online individual therapy for adults in Alberta, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
My Alberta therapy practice is for adults who are often reflective and responsible, but who may feel privately worn down by anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, burnout, low mood, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, or persistent self-doubt.

How therapy works with me
I draw from AEDP, somatic, attachment-focused, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-informed approaches. The heart of the work is the experience of working together: noticing what happens emotionally, physically, and relationally in the moment so therapy is not only about understanding the pattern, but beginning to shift how you experience it.
This is active, clinically grounded therapy for adults who want more than coping tools alone. We can work with practical support and deeper emotional processing, at a pace that respects your nervous system and your history.

I offer online individual therapy for adults in Alberta. Appointment times are listed in Mountain Time. Ongoing sessions are private-pay and are currently $250.
